R.E.A.C.H. is excited to work in partnership with Project Safe and Smart to offer programs designed specifically for children, parents, and caregivers to help in the prevention and awareness of child sexual abuse. Programs will be offered in Cambria and Somerset counties.

Safe Touches
Smarter Parents. Safer Kids.
A 50-minute puppet-based workshop implemented in K-3 classrooms. The evidence-based curriculum teaches children about healthy boundaries, that it is okay to say ‘no’, and how to get help from safe adults.
Smarter Parents. Safer Kids. teaches caregivers about healthy sexual development, communicating with children about sexual boundaries, ensuring safety, and obtaining help and resources. This is a universal group-based program and is delivered to caregivers (e.g., parents, step-parents, grandparents, foster parents) of children under 13.
