Julia Dello NCC, LPC, CCTP
Julia graduated in 2007 with a Master's Degree in Community Counseling, with an emphasis on addiction therapy, from Slippery Rock University. In 2007, she became a National Certified Counselor, and in 2009, became a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked with clients in multiple settings, including inpatient treatment, outpatient therapy services, and crisis intervention settings. In 2015, she opened Assurance Counseling Services LLC and in 2018, started the school based program known today as R.E.A.C.H. along with Ang Yoder. Julia is the Executive Director of R.E.A.C.H and works to develop programming and staff to ensure that R.E.A.C.H. is meeting the needs of Cambria and Somerset County students.

Ang Yoder NCC, LPC
Ang graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She holds the National Certified Counselor credentials and a License as a Professional Counselor in the state of PA. At the beginning of her career, she became Licensed as a Behavioral Specialist, learning to support individuals on the Autism Spectrum. Ang is a Clinical Director with R.E.A.C.H. and has a passion to support the R.E.A.C.H. team within the Somerset and Cambria County schools. Ang continues to hold a counseling caseload and works with children, teens, and families.

Alexis earned her Bachelors degree from Saint Francis in Behavioral Science and continues to expand her knowledge to best support the mission of R.E.A.C.H. Alexis's has experience working with students of all age levels that helps her to support our staff and district needs. Alexis has a passion to be a helping hand and open heart to those around her which overflows into her community. She is a board member for a local faith-based nonprofit, as well as a soccer coach.

Sarah Mientus MA, LPC
Sarah graduated with her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2020. While she was in this program, she became a National Certified Counselor and, later, completed the supervision required to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2023. She has experience providing individual and group counseling services in community-based, school-based and residential settings. Sarah began working with R.E.A.C.H. in 2023 in the Windber and North Star School Districts. Sarah has a passion for working with youth and young adults.

Amy Varmecky NCC, LPC
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, her Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies focusing on counseling from Messiah College. She is a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with experience working in both outpatient and school-based settings. Amy has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health and behavioral health needs. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work specifically with children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing the physical and mental effects of past trauma and/or abuse. She is also in the process of becoming an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider.

Melissa Statler, BS
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Christian Counseling, and Life Coaching, while always continuing to complete behavioral health training to gain knowledge and skills to help her clients. She has experience in facilitating group counseling sessions, advocating for mental health and awareness in the communities, and working 1-1 with individuals with behavioral challenges to include individuals on the autism spectrum in the school setting. Melissa has a passion to work with children with behavioral challenges and provide them with tools to help them deal with the challenges they face or will face in life.

Lisa Rohloff, MA
Lisa earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Rowan and a Masters Degree in Health Psychology from North-Central University at Prescott Valley. With over 15 years of counseling and therapy work, she has experience in in-home Family Based Therapy, Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Counseling, and Recreational Therapy for special needs children and adolescents. Lisa's passion is working with individuals/students of all levels to balance their academics and mental health, as well as family lifestyles.

Madison Ramsdorfer - Cover
Madison graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education. Through her education minor, she spent time in various school districts. During this time, Madison gained much enjoyment from being in the school setting and helping the students. Madison continued her education to pursue a graduate degree in social work to become a school-based counselor/social worker. She graduated in 2023 with a Master’s of Social Work and recently received PA Licensure.

Carrie Curry
Carrie Curry earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2007. She taught first grade full-time for several years while simultaneously obtaining her Master of Education degree from Saint Francis University. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Carrie has worked for the last few years facilitating psychoeducational groups in Cambria and Somerset County high schools and has experience providing counseling services to individuals in outpatient and partial hospitalization counseling settings.

Heather Rummell
Heather Rummell is a dedicated school-based therapist. With 4 years of years of experience working in the mental health field with adolescents and their families, she am passionate about supporting student’s mental health and well-being. She believes that a positive and nurturing environment is crucial for students to thrive academically and personally. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness and is working toward licensure for marriage and family therapy from Capella University.

Erin Shutty, MS
Erin received her Master of Science in General Psychology from Mount Aloysius College in 2007. Erin has worked in the mental health field since 2003, providing wraparound services as well as outpatient counseling for the last 12 years. She has experience working in school, home, and office settings and has built many connections and relationships while working within the local school communities over the years. A specific area of passion for Erin is working with adolescents and teenagers as they exhibit a natural desire and need for exploration, validation, and support. Throughout her career, she has adopted a very person-centered approach, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques and strategies, and psycho-educational aspects during treatment.

Emily earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has worked with children for many years as a youth camp counselor at PARC. Emily uses evidenced-based techniques with her students to enhance their strengths and provides behavioral skill interventions in the classroom. Her passion is to use her skills to assist students in a proactive manner in order to promote school success and resilience.

Sarah earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Concentration at the Church of God Theological Seminary and in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. She has worked in the drug/alcohol and mental health field since 2001 serving as Admissions Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, and Outpatient Therapist. Sarah has experience working with children, adults, and families in the residential and outpatient settings. She has seen the devastation of addiction for years and the role of untreated mental health in that process, and loves being a part of prevention/early intervention to break that cycle.

She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later earned her Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family, from Liberty University. Carrie also holds a Behavior Specialist License and views her work as a way to live out God’s purpose for her life.

Becca has a master's degree in counseling and a post-master's certificate in behavior analysis. She has gained a variety of experience in both fields over the last six years, including an internship as a school counselor, a position as a registered behavior technician followed by a promotion to a behavior specialist, and a full-time position as an outpatient mental health therapist.

Emily graduated in 2023 with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Emily is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. Emily joined the R.E.A.C.H. team as a counselor in May 2023 with a passion to provide mental health services to children and adolescents in the school setting. She has experience working with teens and young adults during her time in the counseling program, in her internship with R.E.A.C.H., and in high schools in Cambria County. Her goal is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health in schools and the local communities while creating a safe space for students to express their mental health concerns.

She is currently working towards licensure. She has been working in the mental health field since 2017 working mainly with children doing individual and group counseling. Martina is passionate about combining her work with children and their families to have a cohesive plan to better the lives of her clients. She believes in creating a sense of community within the district, staff, families, and clients.

Jill Evans, MS

Jill has worked in the drug and alcohol, mental health, and behavioral health fields since 2011. Jill obtained her undergraduate degree from Penn State University in 2010 and then her Master of Science in Addiction Counseling in 2014. Jill has served in roles including TSS, Drug and Alcohol Tech, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Mental Health and Behavioral Health Therapist, and Behavioral Specialist. Jill had experience work with diverse populations such ad LGBTQ+, parolees, IDD population, at-risk youth, trauma survivors, and individuals from ages 5 to 75 in both inpatient, outpatient, and school settings.

Lauren is currently pursuing her License in Professional Counseling. All of which have shaped Lauren into the individual she is today!

He has worked as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant for 12 years, serving multiple school districts across Somerset and Cambria County. He has experience working individually with children, adults, and families in the home and community settings. He has a passion for working with faculty, students, and parents in the school district while bringing his experience, compassion, and enthusiasm!

With a passion for understanding and addressing the psychological needs of children, she currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health at Liberty University, with aspirations to obtain a license in professional counseling.

Charlie is a Golden Retriever puppy who works at Assurance Counseling Services outpatient office and within the schools with our R.E.A.C.H. staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her favorite people - which is most everyone! Charlie enjoys going on walks, playing outside with her favorite toys and making new friends. Charlie will begin Puppy Class with L & L Bowman's Dog Training at B & D Creekside Activity Center for her goal of becoming a Certified Therapy Dog.
